Training Needs

We collate the training needs of each member of staff working in the regions AONBs. From this analysis we can develop a co-ordinated approach to delivering learning needs both in the region and through the national AONB training programme.

Summary of the training needs of AONB staff working in the south west region:

• For period August 04 to July 05
• For period August 03 to July 04

Training needs are collected together in August each year. With each AONB completing a training needs proforma for their team.
