Training Needs

SWPLF collate the training needs of each member of staff working in the regions AONBs. From this analysis we can develop a co-ordinated approach to delivering learning needs both in the region and through the national AONB training programme.

Training needs are collected together in August each year. With each AONB completing a training needs proforma for their team.

National AONB Training Programme

The National Association of AONBs organises a national Training Programme for AONB staff with free joining fee. See;

SWPLF has a place on the National Training                Co-ordination Group which meets three times a year to co-ordinate the delivery of training needs for all AONB staff.
